Author: Anonymous Posted: Fri Nov 02, 2007 9:21 pm Thanks Mark for the quick response. Much appreciated. You might want to remove "hyperlinks" from this sentence: "Retain animations, transitions, inner hyperlinks, sound and movie clips" from your PowerPoint To Video Overview page if converting to video doesn't retain the links. It's in the Key Features section. Thanks again for clearing that up for me.

Flash Player 9 Fullscreen Quiz Button
2007-10-25 14:12:00
Author: s12345 Posted: Thu Oct 25, 2007 2:12 pm Greetings. I want to embed the quizzes in my blog posts. I can only embed maximum 400px in width for the quiz swf in my blog post. So I want an option to add a button on the Quiz which will popout the Quiz to actual fullscreen which is the new feature in Flash Player 9 which you must have seen on players of most video sharing sites like http://www.megavideo.com for example. As you must be aware, clicking Esc closes the fullscreen. This will enable the Quiz Takers to view the photos and multimedia in the Quiz at proper-size fullscreen without leaving my blog or web page. I think Flash Player 9 has already reached around 70-80% compatibility around the world so it should not be a problem at all. And this can be an option, so those who want to still output the quiz for the older flash 7 version can still output without the f...

Img Src support for Popup Question Notes
2007-10-25 14:03:00
Author: s12345 Posted: Thu Oct 25, 2007 2:03 pm Hello. I can use the popup notes option for each question to include my Lessons for each question which the quiz taker has to read before answering the question. But I want to add some images in the Lesson notes also. Please include support for displaying remote images in the question note with img src tags. That will be great and it should be easy to add. If possible, you can additionally add object and embed tag support also to the popup notes to embed inline swf files in the notes. Thanks.

I am using an older version of wondershare. It worked just fine. Now I am trying to use on Win Vistaand their (microsoft) "new and improved" Office 2007. Same symptoms, will not pick up the audio from my power point. Since this is the only reason I am using this program to convert a power point to mpeg, I will seek a refund and look for another program. They should just admit it does not work and find a fix. I am sure the company wondershare is aware of this, but do not want to admit that their product is incompatible with all of the new computers being sold. Hi tpayne, Welcome to the user community. 2007-10-01 17:03:00
Author: Lisa Litch Posted: Mon Oct 01, 2007 5:03 pm I found a solution and it works great!!!! Take a simple stereo cable. Connect one end to "line-in" on the back of your computer and the other end of the cable to "line out". This makes a "sound loop" through the cable. Set to "line in" in PPT to DVD on the audio preferences menu and you're good to go. Just be sure to unhook the stereo cable before you play it back and reconnect your speakers (if you have some they were plugged into line out initially) and you will hear it just fine. It's a problem with certain sound cards, I realized. Good luck! (Would you please let me know if this does work for you too- I'm curious.) Thanks. =)

Author: admin Posted: Tue Sep 25, 2007 8:39 am In the next major release of Mac OS X Leopard, Apple will include a new technology called Boot Camp that lets you install and run Windows on your Mac. If you have an Intel-based Mac computer and would like to try Boot Camp, you can download the public beta today. As elegant as it gets Boot Camp lets you install Windows without moving your Mac data, though you will need to bring your own copy to the table, as Apple does not sell or support Microsoft Windows.(1) Boot Camp will burn a CD with all the required drivers for Windows so you don't have to scrounge around the Internet looking for them. learn more: http://www.apple.com/macosx/bootcamp/ Download: http://www.apple.com/macosx/bootcamp/publ icbeta.html

Author: Lisa Litch Posted: Sat Sep 22, 2007 1:30 pm I have sent my logfiles twice and have been speaking to someone named Jinlei about this almost everyday for 2 weeks. He said the developers are concerned... Also, I have sent samples of presentations that I made with the trial version (that DID have audio) and with the purchased version (that did NOT have any audio). Also, I have told him that I believe the problem is in the audio preferences menu: on the trial version, it said "stereo mix" or "sigma tel audio" (one of those two) in the sound recording control and that worked. After purchasing the full version, those two options aren't available, it says "microphone, line in, or rear mic" only in the same place. I was told to check and uncheck the sound recording box, which I did, with no success. It's been two weeks since I bough...

2007-09-18 18:09:00
Author: tc Posted: Tue Sep 18, 2007 6:09 pm We're considering purchase of PPT2DVD. We currently have a PowerPoint presentation that loops continuously in our front office (PC connected to a large flat-screen monitor.) We're wanting to add an additional setup in another location, but don't have/want a PC in that location. So, we're thinking flat panel TV + DVD. We would need the presentation to continually loop. Is this possible with PPT2DVD? Thanks...

PPT2DVD Tips: How to use build-in burner to make DVD?
2007-09-14 03:31:00
Author: admin Posted: Fri Sep 14, 2007 3:31 am We have been asked by our customers of how to make DVD by using the build-in burner that comes with PPT2DVD. Please refer to the following instruction to make your disc. Before burning a DVD, please make sure you have a DVD writer or burning device (the hardware) mounted on your computer, and put an empty DVD-R or DVD+R disc on the driver. Go through the first 3 steps of PPT2DVD, in the Output step you should see the "Burn to Disc" option is available, click on the check box to enable it. The build-in burner (namely the Wondershare DVD burner) shows in "Program" field, and your burning device is listed on the "CD/DVD Burner " field. Then, click "Next" to start conversion. On the task pane you should see "Burn to disc" at last. It means the program will burn the converted...

Tips: Will Power Point look good on TV?
2007-09-12 04:06:00
Author: admin Posted: Wed Sep 12, 2007 4:06 am Will Power Point look good on TV? PowerPoint slides may not look as good on TV as it does on a computer monitor. The reason is because the nature of the two systems is very different. However if a few simple steps are taken, computer images can reproduce very well on TV. · Use font styles that are easily readable. · Using larger size text. Text under size 10 will not be easily read on television. · Leave extra space around the entire image to allow for some cropping, particularly top and bottom. · Minimise the use of fine lines, such as in a graph. These can tend to pulsate or jitter on television. The use of thicker lines will minimise this. · Avoid filling the page with to much information and or detail. · Use reasonable size photographs. Small photographs may not stand out...
