A gif is composed of images(frames) that are played in a certain order, and every frame has its own length1. Dowload  and install Microsoft Gif Animator from one of this links: RS1 / RS2 / ZS1 / ZS2 / MU1 / MU2 / BD1 / BD22. Save every frame as .gif in Paint3. CLick New4. Now click Open and open the last frame5. Click the Insert button and add the remaining frames in a descending order6. Go to the Animation tab, check Looping and set the number of times you want it to repeat7. Now select all the images and go to the Images tab8. A GREAT alternative to Winamp!

I mean it! :DIt's called AIMP and you can find it here. Since i've discovered this awesome player, i don't use Winamp anymore :pSome of the features that made me trade Winamp for it, are:1. The playlists are located on the top of the playlist window (they look great :))2. You can see the name of the albums in the playlist... very useful3. The design is better4. You have a small bar that you can position everywhere you want on the screen.. you can use it to seek, pause, skip songs, and other stuff5. It has an auto-shutdown function (this doesn't turn me on :D very much, but other users might find it useful)You can also configure the hotkeys just like on winamp, you have queue, search..The only disadvantage of it is that it's not popular :((So give it a try, for the try's sake :D
