First you need to make sure the skin is the right version. The older skins for 5 and below will NOT work on the new messenger. You need skins designed for 6 and up. To check, look inside the skin folder, the old skins have maybe 10 images, the new skins have 60+.To install it, you must extract it toC:Program FilesYahoo !SharedGraphicsnot the skin folder.
