I ask everyone to please bear with us. Once again, there seems to be something wrong with our servers. We’ve contacted our web host provider and they claim there is nothing wrong. Well it took me 35 minutes to log in to post this message so guess what?, there is a problem. Hopefully they will figure out the issue. Otherwise, they are losing our business. We host like 4 sites with them and there are hundreds of other web host providers who would love our business. I will do what I can to post news every day until the problem is fixed and if we do end up switching hosts, I’ll let everyone know. On a side note, I’m going to post some info about a new live podcast show I’m hosting with my wife. Providing I can log in to this fucking account and post the info, I’ll have it up for everyone tomorrow.

Nowak Names U-23 Squad

USA Head Coach Peter Nowak has named his U-23 Squad ahead of tomorrow’s opening match of the CONCACAF Olympic Qualifying Tournament, which is being held in Carson,Tampa & Nashville. The US opens against Cuba tomorrow night and all USA fixtures can be seen on Fox Soccer Channel, ESPN Deportes & ESPN360.com. The team will be lead by Jozy Altidore, Freddy Adu, Jonathan Spector & Maurice Edu. I feel Nowak picked a solid squad and look for the U.S. to easily win their group and move on to the semi-finals. Wales Wins Triple Crown; Saturday Rugby Results

Wales captured the “Triple Crown” Saturday as they defeated Ireland 16-12 in a very hard fought contest. This result also meant that only France stands a chance at winning the 6 Nations Title, provided that they defeat Italy tomorrow and destroy Wales next week. Wales on the other hand, can not only wrap up the 6 Nations Title next week, but can also wrap up the “Grand Slam” by going undefeated. Wales played a man down for about 2o minutes of the match, yet found a way to win. Shane Williams entered Welsh rugby history with his try in the 51st minute, as he became that country’s all time leading scorer. Great news for USA soccer fans. Not only will the CONCACAF Olympic Qualifying Tournament be aired on ESPN Deportes & ESPN360.com, but we found out today that Fox Soccer Channel has the English language rights to the competition. ESPN Deportes & ESPN360.com will broadcast all the matches, so if you are mega hyped to watch Cuba versus Panama or Mexico versus Canada, you have that option. FSC will broadcast all the matches involving the U.S. plus the semi-finals, 3rd place match & finals. It all begins next week and I can’t wait. For the first time in a long time, I didn’t watch a single rugby match this past weekend. Between tearing up my knee to various work issues, I just didn’t have time. It sucks but I’ll survive.
