How many times do I have to say the tuck rule call is on the REFEREE!!!! It has nothing to do with the player(s). Blame the referee for reversing the call if you want but read the rule he got it correct. You’re probably on of those guys who wanted IR in the first place and when it overturns a controversial play you get all pissed off. Just like the players had nothing to do with any of the taping. It was the staff. coaches coach and players play no matter what it allcome down to players making the right play at the right time and no videotape is going to tackle someone, make a block, throw a ball or make a catch. The jealousy of Boston sports amazes me. for eons we were looked down upon because we couldn’t win, now we’re looked down upon because our teams win too much. There has never been a run for a collection of teams from one city in multiple sports like this EVER. Better get used to it as it may last a few more years.

Its a dam shame that sports has come to this type of hate. NE broke some rules paid the price and had to deal with 95% of the country buying the media’s bullshit of being called cheaters. Current and past head coaches have gone on record saying they used to do the same thing but never gave them the type of edge tat would let them win a big game on a last drive or game winning field goal. As for the haters loving that Brady got hurt you are worthless people with no understanding of what the sport is about. I have been a Pats Fan for the last 24 years of my 30 year life and can still remember when i thought Craig James was going to be the running back of the century. Pat fans are down and out right now and no matter what we say about who we got or need the fact is we are up against a challenge. So if you still feel you need to rub your self and feel good about someone getting hurt then keep on being a worthless part of society.

As a Raider-Hater, I will tell you right here and now that the “tuck rule” call was the second biggest bunch of bullshit I’ve ever seen in the NFL, with only Cheatergate above it. Any respect I had for the Patriots went right out the window with that. It feels good to come here and tell you how much your team is going to suck this year. Because you deserve it. Since I’m a fan of an NFC team, I won’t get to gloat until after the Super Bowl, but that doesn’t matter right now.

I think we all cringed a little and said no please not Timlin when he came into the game last night. I wouldn’t count out the Red Sox against the Angels at all in the playoffs. Anything can happen.

he put Ellsbury in for Coco last night to get Ellsbury some time since it’d been a few days. I do agree in that he may have used Coco the wrong way late in the game last night. Another problem that cropped up was the fact that Drew’s back spasmed up last night so he couldn’t go to him. And you have to wonder why he didn’t use Casey as a pinch-hitter.

that was painful to watch last night…i knew when timilin came in that bad feeling you get in your gut started and then the three run tater….the only thing that bothers me is if the sox win the wildcard were going to play the angles which doesn’t seem like a good thing for our playoff hopes….
