Pride FC Hardcore Knockouts Vol 1
2007-10-03 13:41:00
PRIDE Fighting Championships (PRIDE or PRIDE FC for short) was a mixed martial arts organization based in Japan. Its inaugural event was held at the Tokyo Dome on October 11, 1997. PRIDE has held more than sixty mixed martial arts events. As formerly one of the most popular MMA organizations in the world, PRIDE broadcasted to about 40 countries worldwide.[1] PRIDE also holds the largest live MMA event audience record of over 71,000 people at the PRIDE and K-1 co-production, Shockwave/Dynamite, held in August 2002,[2] as well as the audience record of over 67,450 people at the PRIDE Final Conflict 2003. Dream Stage Entertainment has recently sold PRIDE to Lorenzo Fertitta and Frank Fertitta III, co-owners of Zuffa, which own rival promotion the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). While remaining legally separate entities with separate managements, the two promotions were to cooperate in a manner akin to the AFL-NFL merger. Part 1 http://www.megavideo.com/?v=9J59RII0

TKO 30 Results
2007-09-30 22:06:00
From MMAWeekly.com "TKO 30 was a submission and knockout extravaganza with no fight lasting longer than two rounds. It looked like another sellout crowd in the partitioned Bell Centre, with approximately 7,000 fans in attendance. The most impressive performances of the night go to Mark Hominick, TJ Grant, Jesse Bongfeldt and Sam Stout and in that order. Sam Stout def. Martin Grandmont via TKO (Strikes) at 3:00, R1 Grandmont came out doing exactly what he promised. He stood toe-to-toe and was successfully outstriking Stout. Stout looked to have a lot of trouble finding his range against the taller and lankier Grandmont. Grandmont showed very quick and crisp punching and landed several big shots which had Stout out of sorts. But, as he showed against Spencer Fisher in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, Stout has a tremendous chin and is often notorious for starting slow. Stout looked to utilize his improved wrestling skills as he shot in for a takedown, but Grandmont successfully...
