Hey Folks,this weekend i was so busy with this:By the way i am the evil pumpkin and Arielle was pretty damn hot and so was Jack Sparrow (good friend of mine). Nevertheless i feel a bit tired of Poke r and think i slow down a bit. Right now i am anyhow good for the month and that leads me to todays post.Its annoying spending 4 hours in front of your Computer. And it does not matter if you win or loose. I couldnt imagine to play 0.10/0.10 for hours - thats simply a waste of time. Think about all the good things you could do.Have a nice dinner, go out with friends, read a book (if you are really addicted read a poker book) - stuff like that. Instead you are spending hours and hours for some easy cash, but always with the risk to loose contact to reality. I mean Online Poker is maybe the most abstract thing ever. 20 year old ppl earning thousands of $$$ by doing nothing and even then its so unreal. I was just thinking how long i have to work in Taiwan for 1000$ - thats wow i mean much mo...

Loosing every Hand

Hey Guys,i will make a Poker Break this weekend after a devestating night yesterday. Since i was over the 1K$ i was pretty confident and everything, but that was a mistake - now i am down to earth again. I think i play most of the Hand s right, but there exists always a better hand and seems like there is no fish around anymore.So just to give you a quick idea what happened yesterday to me around 20 times on the Cashtables, SnGs and Tournaments....i already had not very well cards and dont get me wrong i didnt push my hands to the extent but still when i have these hands i push.NL100: JJ Flop 10JQ - no big action after preflop raise (maybe that should have make me suspicious but i had no read on my opponents because just came at the table) Turn is another 10 and i push (of course because i hope my opponent has AK or KK) and he pushes and its an all (he Big Stack) shows QQ.Right five seconds ago - i push AA (50$ FR) sadly it was a beginning (5bet) and i get one Caller. Flop is 10 8 4 ...

Ok finally i made Poke rtracker running with Everest. Actually it was not so difficult i was just lazy (it took me two minutes to find out how it works) - so you can expect much mor Infos and will show from time to time my Graphs.....At all Pokertracker is a lof of figures - and i love it. I will really use the next weeks to understand every single figure and get the right conclusions out of it. So better be aware!No time to poker tonight since i am going to watch the new Ang Lee Movie and i dont plan to come back before 23.00 or so.

Hey Guys,i was waking up this morning and i was thinking. How big should be the chance that you meet some fishes around 4:00 in the night at Everest Poker. Since i am in Taiwan it means to me that it is pretty comfotable 11:00 in the morning i am just finished sleeping and even a bit sleepy be much awaker then my opponents.So i gave it another shot at 50$ SnG (no 100$ SnGs till 2.5K Bankroll) and wow there was quite some action. Just frenchies who where thrwoing there Chips away like hell. I had a decent start with this hand: http://www.pokerhand.org/?1654319 (making the set with the Ks).But somehow messed it up. In the beginning by just calling to many hands (it was at least always suited A-something, but the flops did not come). Then there came the hand where i just made a terrible decision. Hey Guys,so just give you an Update what i am going to play tonight. I just opened three 20$ SnGs (2FR/1SH) and also registered for the 2K Guaranteed, 5K Guaranteed and the Rebuy. So i guess there will be a lot of action tonight and we will see how it works out. Its weekend and i wanna climb significantly over the 1K$ for the term.For the guys who dont know yet a term is one month always lasting from the 18th to the next 18th of a month. So its more or less halftime and i am 900$ up for this month. So lets see if i can improve a lot.I tell you how everything is going, but now i have to watch the tables to get a deeper understanding of my opponents. First funny story already now. The guy right of me goes ALL IN with AK and gets a call from A9 (suited anyhow stupid). They Flop shows a 9 and there shows no K. Thats what i have to deal with every day .... soooo stupid :)So actual Chipcounts are 2035 (FR), 1555 (SH) and 525 (unlucky FR) so i am pretty ok and i think i can make it at leas...

Switching from German to English

Hi Folks,since i wanna attract as many people as i can i decided to switch from German to English . I think most of the Germans will anyhow understand and people from other parts of the world will get a deeper insight why german Poker Players are the best in the world :).I am not going to translate all the posts i wrote before, because i have a life and its just to much work, but i can tell you guys i will write in English as much as i wrote in German. Sometimes my English is not as perfect as my German, but should be more then enought to tell you some funny stuff from my Poker and my Real Life. I really wanna buy a Digital Camera but right now i have to be a bit focused and first check how my life is going to be in Taiwan.Just that you know me: I am 28 years old, recently graduated in East Asian History and Economics. Moinsen,die Abendsession wurde soeben gestartet, dass einzige was echt peinlich ist: Ich spiele auf einer täglichen Basis mehrere Stunden Online Poker - warum? Na ja ich komm halt von Arbeit heim und habe meist keine Lust noch gross was zu machen (das heb ich mir für die WE auf) und na ja dann bereitet man eben den Unterricht für den nächsten Tag vor und spielt nebenbei MTTs - kann daran nichts verwerfliches erkennen :)Na ja mal sehen wie das die nächsten Wochen so weiter läuft. Auf jeden Fall kann man mir nicht vorhalten ich würde euch etwas vorenthalten. Zu dem vermeintlichen Downswing muss man sagen, dass wenn man mit ganz geringem Risiko innerhalb weniger Tage ganz viel Geld macht, man wieder leicht Größenwahnsvorstellungen bekommt. Das war sicher auch bei mir der Fall - glücklicherweise bin ich aber nun wieder runter gekommen und fühl mich wieder gut und entspannt so wie geplant weiterzumachen.
