Kuszczak Injured, will he be back for pre-season?

The answer to the title is yes.Kuszczak had an MRI scan in Graz, Austria on Friday after hurting his spine and the doctors have decided he would be unable to play for up to three weeks which means that he misses Euro 2008.Kuszczak wasnt the first choice Poland keeper, Celtic keeper Artur Boruc is. Was It Really Said By Ronaldo?

Quick Update:I have just watched a Live interview via phone on skysportsnews with the man who claims that he has spoken to Cristiano Ronaldo . One interesting point that came out of it was that he hadn't said this today and that he was not able to say when he had said this. So Ronaldo could have said this ages ago and that is assuming that he said it at all.Also, earlier on skysportsnews the also spoke (via phone) to a sky reporter who had spoken to the man who is incharge of the Portugese camp press and he had told the reporter that he doesnt believe Ronaldo has spoken to anyone about this.I am starting to believe that these quotes could have been made up or exaggerated. We all know that one day Ronaldo wants to play in Spain. Apparently Cristiano Ronaldo did make a statement yesterday, he didn't say it to the English press but he did give an interview to a Brazilian website Terra. Speaking from Portugal's training camp in the Swiss city of Neuchatel on Wednesday Ronaldo said: "I want to play for Real Madrid , but only if it is true they are eager to pay me and Manchester United what they have been saying they will," "However, it does not depend on me." "It is important to send a message," "From now on I will not talk again about this until the end of the Euros. Wayne Rooney could be in trouble with Sir Alex Ferguson after being spotted smoking. Rooney is currently on his stag party in Ibiza and he is due to get married to Coleen McLoughlin a week on saturday.Rooney was spotted in Linekar's bar (The bar is owned by Match of the Day host Gary Lineker's brother Wayne) smoking cigarettes in the VIP section and drinking Red Bull and Vodka.One England Fan who was there said:' He's supposed to be a super fit athlete so you don't expect him to be drawing on a fag and knocking back booze like this.' Former United star Ruud Van Nistelrooy has blamed his bad form in the World Cup 2006 on Manchester United. Van Nistelrooy was substituted in all of Holland's group games and he was dropped for the defeat in the last 16 (they lost against Portugal).Van Nistelrooy left United that summer and he believes that the problems he had with United contributed to his bad form. Real Madrid have been warned over Cristiano Ronaldo , now Cristiano himself has apparently been warned by Sir Alex.There has been much speculation over Ronaldo for the past few weeks but now Fergie has told Ronaldo that if he asks for a move to Real Madrid and he goes on strike then the Glazer's would let him rot in the reserves or in the stands. Fantastic news for all United fans, apparently Patrice Evra has agreed a new four year contract with United. It is thought to be a £55,000 a week deal which i would have expected to be more considering Ronaldo is expected to be offered £160,000 a week deal. Evra's contract would have expired next summer but it looks like he is staying. Get Rid Of Carrick?

I was looking at the Manchester United Community on the official website and i saw a thread called get rid of Carrick. I took a look at it and i couldn't believe what i was reading. Personally i think that Carrick has been fantastic for us this season and i am surprised he has been left out of the England squad.Carrick's job is to get possession for United in the midfield and keep the ball flowing, i think he has done a magnificant job, yes he might not have scored loads of goals but with the other players we have (Ronaldo, Rooney, Tevez, Giggs etc.. ) he doesnt have to.The reason that some people want to get rid of Carrick is because they someone who can handle the ball under the pressure and be able to create a space by him self running and passing to the forwards.I think that Carrick can handle himself under pressure, he doesnt do many forward runs but that is why we have players such as Anderson, he can run on and Carrick can stay back and protect the defence. This is not really a surprise, Chelsea have so many world class players and they feel that they have to win silverware.
