BMX on Today Show Video
2008-05-03 16:24:00
So the other day there was some talk of Keenan Harkin being on the Today show talking about BMX racing in the olympics. I know this site isn't really directed towards racing at all but I thought it was pretty interesting and we should be stoked because I think it will bring a lot more power to BMX.It came off a little cheesy due to the track being like 10 feet long but I think it was still decent for what they had to work with. What do you think?

Adam is the kind of guy that everyone has an opinion on. Some like him, some hate him, but that is up to the person to decide. If it weren't for him this site would probably have flopped. Christian Simmonds Interview
2008-04-30 15:44:00
I met Christian Simmonds a few years ago at a skatepark in Tampa. He had full pads on but no helmet, a pony tail, front and back brakes, 4 pegs and a freecoaster. A few years later it?s still the exact same way. He still listens to all the rock classics from his era like Metallica and Iron Maiden. Even though he has a wife, kids, 2 bike shops, a mailorder and a bike company, He stays true to what he is about and what he has loved since he was a teenager: The heart of bmx. Tony is a Minnesota legend, he was full on pro at one point riding for MacNeil and a few other companies but has moved onto other things of sorts. He still rides, he still is one of the few people who have ever made it through the big set at Monkey Village, and he is still an animal when it comes to partying. BMXfu20 jam... I made into Buffalo yesterday a little later than expected... Kerry Sayre at rise above had a pretty comfy couch.. I rolled into Buffalo about 4 o'clock, after finding a place to stash my 420 supplies and multiple texts with international roaming charges, I finally made it to the Spot that everyone was at..shit there must have been 50 people there. Oh. I forgot to mention the brownie I ate just before I crossed the border.. so I am starting to feel the brownie when I arrived. Charlie Crumlish (god bless him) rolled over and met up with me. after smoking a nice sized Blunt, Of which I only had a pull off of due to the brownie really hitting me at this point, we then started to ride.. well they rode I watched. there is something about being in a different country and around different people that makes me not want to ride high. That and the fact I suck at riding. Lee Dennis did some good shit. up-rail to hop over bars... the rail wasn't short either... man I don't kno...
