Look what he did in last night's game against the Celtics...(I didn't like Kobe's reaction either) In result, Odom is suspended one game with out pay! He deserves to be suspended for about 20 games. This is absolutely ridiculous and there is no need for this unnecessary roughness in the game of basketball. Where is the integrity and respect for the sport?!?!A few games ago Lamar Odom was clapping in the face of Jarred Jack from the Atlanta Hawks after the ball was called to the Lakers. Rockets Need Production From Bench

The Rockets bench needs to step up and knock down their open shots. Yao and McGrady can't always carry the load. Rafer Alston and Mike James really need to practice their shot. Alston's runners are never close and Mike James has missed more than half of his three point attempts this season. Bonzi Wells and Luther Head always seem to be the sleepers in the last three games. Rockets lost second straight to Sacramento Kings. Coach Aldeman faced his former squad which resulted in a loss. Yao got ejected because of two very silly calls by the officials. As he was walking over to his bench he threw his towel across the floor resulting up in T and then double technical after Yao not liking the call.

I don't understand why the Boston Celtics always design last second shots for Paul Pierce. He's had three buzzer beater attempts this season missing all three. Ray Allen has had two game winning buzzer beaters for the Celtics this season but none of them were designed for him. Garnett had to fight for the offensive rebounds and dish out back to Allen to win the game for them and he did. Don't ever design a game winning buzzer beater for Pierce, they're never close. And why would you do that when you have Ray Allen on the team?

New Rockets Coach Doesn't Know What He's Doing!

Yeah you heard,he doesn't know what he's doing. He often matches Yao up against power forwards. Yao in return gets embarrassed because he gets crossed or dunked on from these power forwards. He should be matched up against another center. He plays the center position, last time I check in the game of basketball a point guard goes up against another point and a center is matched up against the other center. Well that's not the case in Houston. I understand Bowen and Battier going up against the better players but only because they are superb defenders. But Yao in this case cannot guard a forward, any center in NBA cannot be matched up against another power forward...well unless your Garnett, Chris Bosh, or Dwight Howard. For example, the Rockets could of easily won last night's game against the speedy Warriors only if Scola was guarding AL Harrington. Harrington shot 6 threes in that game, does anybody expect Yao to guard a player who has the ability to even run the floor and pul...

Stephon Jackson.He was matched up against Tracy McGrady all game when the Warriors faced the Rockets last night. It was shocking to me how bad McGrady struggled. Jackson out-played McGrady by talling up 19 points, 7 assists and 6 rebounds.McGrady was shut-down by double teams and Jackson's stellar defense. He had just 11 points 6 assists and two rebounds.Jackson and Baron Davis deserve to be in the All-Star game this year. They put up a show for the fans each night.

I never miss a Rockets game. I've also seen Franc is play in person going up against Allen Iverson. If you watch carefully, Francis , majority of the time is scared and hesitates with the ball. He's often scared to drive with the ball even when he sees the openings. I feel that he's intimidated and needs a confidence booster because he is fully capable of playing at an All-Star level. When he was running the show for H-Town alone with Cuttino Mobeley and Yao, he was a two time All-Star. Since the three trades he's had, to Orlando, then the Knicks, and then back with the Rockets he has lost his confidence, and I don't blame him. After that many trades in my career I'd probably saying to myself, "I'm not that good enough to get a contract extension from the teams I play for..." That is why he comes off the bench in games instead of starting and being the original star of the team like he use to be. He averages around 12 minutes now...40 year old Mutumbo probably gets more playing...

He goes by, DWIGHT HOWARD.He is averaging 25 points and 15 rebounds a game and sometimes 20+ rebounds some nights. Those numbers are ridiculously crazy. He tallied 1,000 rebounds in two and half seasons. It took O' Neal to do that in almost four years. He reminds of the Hulk. He is a monster on the boards. Talk about who the best NBA center is?Yao or Howard?It's definitely Howard, then Yao. Majority would probably say Yao, maybe because of his popularity but when you look at the numbers, Howard is clearly a few calibers higher than any center in NBA History and yes even Kareem.
