More articles from this author:2007-12-04 23:15:00 Western College Hockey and Yost Post both announced today the next 92 NCAA commitment in Devante Smith -Pelly of the Toronto Jr Canadiens. If true, the strong forward from T.O. brings to 4 the number of Michigan verbals at the 92 level (following Knight, Moffatt, Merrill), more than any other NCAA Division I program so far. Congrats to Devante and the Wolverines. NCAA Universities with confirmed 92 (2010) verbal commitments:Boston College: 1 (Tiefenwerth - F)Ohio State: 1 (Lippincott - F)Michigan State: 1 (Gunn - D)Notre Dame: 1 (Rust - F)Colorado College: 1 (St Clair - G)Michigan: 3 (Merrill - D, Knight - F, Moffatt)Michigan seems bullish on the 92's while other programs appear to be biding their time.
