Lee Priest Back in the IFBB!

It's official, Lee Priest has been formally admitted back into the IFBB post a suspension for competing in now defunct rival organisation PDI after being suspended since September 20, 2006.Lee plans to next compete in September of this year at the 2008 IFBB Atlantic City Pro, 2 weeks prior to the 2008 IFBB Mr. Olympia. He has stated he will be returning to Australia shortly, on June 25th to prepare for the contest. Dead Steroid Dealer David Jacobs Found With Large Quantity of Steroids

The tortured life of convicted steroids dealer David Jacobs apparently ended with his turning a gun on himself.Mr. Jacobs also appears to have kept connections to his old life: Authorities seized from his Plano home 146 vials of steroids, a plastic jar containing suspected steroids and three jars of clear liquid believed to contain steroids, according to court records obtained Friday by The Dallas Morning News. A preliminary report from the Dallas County medical examiner Friday found that Mr. Jacobs shot himself in the stomach and the head. Authorities also said his on-again, off-again girlfriend, professional fitness competitor Amanda Jo Earhart-Savell, died apparently after she was shot multiple times. A preliminary examination by the medical examiner here has found that David Jacobs, a convicted steroids dealer who had linked several N.F.L. players to the use of performance-enhancing drugs, committed suicide, according to the police.The police said Jacobs had two self-inflicted gunshot wounds, one in the abdomen and the other in the head. IFBB Pros Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan , accused of killing their assistant, have taken a plea deal.The two former professional bodybuilders were scheduled go to trial Monday for the murder of their personal assistant.Titus has agreed to plead guilty to second degree murder, first degree kidnapping and first degree arson with a sentencing recommendation of 10 to 25 years for the murder charge, 5 to 15 years on the kidnapping charge and 2 to 15 years on the arson charge. There were no IFBB Pro Fitness or Figure shows in Florida so it was tougher for Florida athletes to have their families see them compete.It was also a good idea because John Organ came up with it and because of that he would be in charge of promoting it and making sure it was an experience everyone would enjoy.Every venture has it's growing pains but despite the few imperfections, John made the show a very pleasant time and always showed a deep respect for the athletes.Along with his financial partner Sophie Compton, they put a great deal into the event every year and never made a dime. Criminal activity was so rampant at Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals that the company should forfeit every dollar it earned during some of its most profitable years, federal prosecutors said Wednesday.They said cash, real estate and other assets the government is seeking could total as much as $450 million.Prosecutors told U.S. District Judge S. Arthur Spiegel that all of the assets should be forfeited because they are the proceeds from money laundering, false advertising and fraud.Berkeley's founder, Steve Warshak, and several top company officials were convicted of those charges earlier this year."This wasn't a series of little frauds here and there," said Mark Josephs, a lawyer with the U.S. Department of Justice.
