Das Rezept stammt aus einer einschlägigen Zeitschrift - ich weiß aber nicht mehr, welche - Ende der 70er/Anfang der 80er Jahre des letzten Jahrtausends und wurde damals von mir häufig gebacken. Ich kann mich noch dunkel daran erinnern, dass ich den Kuchen noch Kommilitonen in meiner ersten Wohnung serviert habe, doch seit dem habe ich den Kuchen nie wieder gebacken. Die von mir handgeschriebene Rezeptkarte tauchte dann irgendwann bei einer Aufräumaktion auf und wurde dann dem Rezeptverwaltungsprogramm einverleibt, aber gebacken wurde immer noch nicht.
