New movies: Solid 'Air,' 'Brothers,' 'Fine,'

Sweet!I don't love "Up in the Air" as much as my colleague Geoff Berkshire (see my capsule review below), but it's still solid entertainment with a trio of great performances. Quality acting also supports the surprisingly restrained "Brothers," while "Everybody's Fine" gets a little hokey but still worked for me as a nice holiday movie about family that acknowledges conflict in a way that feels real. Geoff liked the Chilean drama "The Maid," and so did I (see my capsule review below), though be prepared to spend most of the movie hating the main character.
