2006-12-28 09:31:02 comenzare diciendo que este James Bond esta concebido y producido para las nuevas generaciones. no en vano se eligio el primer Libro de Ian Fleming: Casino Royale para filmarlo.esta pelicula se basa en los inicios de Bond, cuando aun no era 007 y cuando se empezaba a crear y a recrear la mitica del personaje.Daniel Graig pese a las criticas que surgieron por su eleccion, esta muy bien en el personaje de Bond, le aporta frescura y masculinidad al personaje, sin duda fue un acierto de parte de la produccion.como ya estamos acostumbrados la pelicula es un tour por varias partes del mundo en donde Bond tratara de detener a Le Chiffre un bankero corrupto que planea ganar una partida de Poker millonaria para financiar terrorismo en el mundo.naturalmente estara acompañado de espectaculares chicas Bonds, hermosas y delicadas que en algun momento de la trama necesitaran su proteccion.la pelicula en cuanto a recursos tecnicos esta muy bien hecha, pero es excesivamente larga y llega a cansar...

Sony’s "Casino" cashed in overseas with $14.5 million at 6,300 during the weekend through Sunday, lifting the foreign total to $304.4 million — the 41st biggest international gross of all time. It’s only the fourth 2006 pic to clear $300 million, joining "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest," "The Da Vinci Code" and "Ice Age: The Meltdown." With domestic gross near $144 million, "Casino" has a worldwide total of $448 million — $17 million better than "Die Another Day," the previous best Bond performer. Casino Royale; Different Bond but Still a Great Film
2006-11-23 04:03:00 I've seen Casino Royale yesterday and Daniel Craig has made Bond his own. Yes, I really like 007 movies even though Daniel isn’t as cute as Pierce Brosnan, but I salute him. We meet the new Bond here. This new James Bond is dangerous, seductive, along with his irradiated blue eyes. Of course, he can't replace Sean Connery, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton or Pierce Brosnan, but he brings a ferocity and sinewy sexiness to the part (he's naked in torture scene) that's totally new. Again I would say that Daniel Craig does very differently. He does him better. And I hope he does him for a good long timeI know that this film is a remake but mainly all the 007 films of the franchise are in reference with something about bad guy / terrorism. And the most important thing is that I really liked Casino Royale rather than Tomorrow Never Dies. 2006-11-19 07:54:04 Today I made an attempt to catch a matinee of Casino Royale so as to avoid all those teenage idiots who laugh when a woman is being given CPR. Just my luck of course that it seemed like every damned kid who hasn’t yet grown their big boy hair felt obliged to skip school and show up at the same screening as me. Luckily those peabrains could’nt stop this movie. For all of you neysayers out there get ready to swallow your hatred for Daniel Craig. This man is Bond. I don’t mean Sean Connery’s Bond, or Pierce Brosnan’s Bond but the none other than the Bond of Ian Fleming’s book. Daniel Craig is no Sean Connery, and I admit this movie would be PERFECT if a young Connery played the lead. However, Craig holds his own, and makes Pierce Brosnan seem like a pussycat.This movie has more twists than the Cretan Labyrinth and more climaxes than a porno movie.Bond is BACK.
