My husband mentioned he was going to cut down a couple small trees to allow some sunlight to try to filter in to our deck and the back side of our house. Later, as I was putting away groceries, he told me he was trying to take down some of the bigger tree's farther back that looked like they were blocking the sun. He also said he met our neighbor behind our home who started the conversation with, "So, you don't like trees?" Hmmmm. I don't like the sound of that, but I didn't say so.Last night I woke around 2:am with light glaring in my eyes from outside.It was the back neighbors deck light. Some of the trees are in bloom and the lime green against the brilliant blue sky was so pretty.A little lizard scampered across the deck railing and posts while a tiny bird perched nearby. Dragonflies were darting all over the small garden area in the sun and the sound birds chirping and singing filled the air.It was Sunday morning so there weren't human sounds or children's yelling from the neighborhoods because most of them were off to church.
