Unfortunately, it?s not true. For one thing, you would think that the Wendy?s website would promote this heavily. They do not. The biggest indication that this special is false is the fact the first Wendy?s opened on November 15, 1969 in Columbus, Ohio. It?s hard to have a 60th anniversary when you?re not even 40.In other fast food news, Long John Silver?s is awesome. I don?t get to eat there very often, so when I have the opportunity, I take full advantage, even if the meal and the crumbs take several months off of my life. I?d like to thank the staff at LJS in Abingdon, Virginia for providing an excellent meal and superb customer service. Everyone there was so friendly.
