From what I gather, there are numerous cards laid out on the table which are flipped upside down. Each man chooses a card, then on command, they each flip them over at the same time. The person with the skull and crossbones on the card is the "unlucky" winner. The one who has the unfortunate skull card must do a random task which is stated on paper. Some of the tasks are very very funny! You'll have to watch to find out :)I'm pretty sure the contestants are unable to laugh loud or make noise or else they are out of the game...although it is in Japanese Dialog so I can't make out everything said. The video is of a game show where there are two men seated into "chairs" and strapped down. Then..dun dun dun..there is a man on a movable platform (conveniently level with the contestants faces) whom is wearing shorts that have the "butt" cut out.
