After she gave birth in May, she used the Cabbage Soup Detox Diet to help her shed the pounds and tone up."I went on the cabbage soup diet which is a detox diet, and it is definitely all about high protein and low carbs. And I started working out at the gym with my trainer 10 days after the birth - five days a week for two hours every day. Today I went to MCDonald's and ate two cheeseburgers. You have to treat yourself every now and then."
