An autopsy was never done at the time, but his body should be exhumed and one carried out now."Yeah, we'll be watching for more on this one.

Expected in the auction are awards, clothing, instruments, cars, furniture and other memorabilia, including a lock of Brown's hair and a poem written for Brown by Muhammad Ali.Estate representatives hired the auction house to sell the items by August 1. A judge had recently ordered that some of Brown's estate be sold to pay legal bills and past taxes. The total value for the items is estamated at $650,000 to $1 million.The infighting between the children of Brown, alleged children and the estate handlers has led to a long and drawn out legal battle that started almost immediately after the singer's December 25, 2006 death. Brown's children and his partner at the time of his death, Tomi Rae, have objected to some of the objects being sold.

She wants in on the estate.According to the estate lawyers, the big problem in her story is that she also remarried in the intervening years and, in making her claim, is admitting to bigamy.Brown's attorney, David Bell, says that the two never officially dissolved their marriage and stayed in touch over the years, including a December visit at Brown's home shortly before his death. The woman is the third person to determine through DNA testing done after Brown's death that the singer is their father, Buddy Dallas told The Augusta (Ga.) Chronicle on Monday. About a dozen DNA tests have been performed. Some people have been ruled out as Brown's children, while other tests are pending, said Dallas, who would not release details about any of the newly found children.
