Plaintiff Raquel Goffin asserts that, while she was in the TCF bank area located within the Jewel food store on North Narragansett in Chicago, she was "struck in her back by a Jewel customer operating a motorized shopping cart." Goffin alleges, among other things, that Jewel Food Stores "failed to warn the Plaintiff of the dangerous condition of the area which allowed persons to operate motorized shopping carts in the TCF counter area thereby causing a danger to the TCF customer."
