Virginia Niusini worked at her family's dry cleaning business throughout the 1960's and 1970's where she believes she was exposed to asbestos in press covers. She is hoping to review the trade magazine back issues in order to identify the manufacturer and distributor of the press covers she used during that time. According to the subpoena, Niusini's attorney discussed her need to review the issues with Crain's agent.
