The recipe is super easy but the results are amazing. Once again we find that it is all about the toppings! And while you're chowing down on the nachos read the "I Love Nachos Day" ecards you sent to each other.Chili Lime Flax Crackers1/2 cup ground brown flaxseeds1/4 cup soaked golden flaxseeds1/2 tablespoon chili powderJuice of one lime1/4 teaspoon sea salt1 Combine ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed. 2 Spread mixture as thin as possible Teflex sheet.3 Dehydrate at 110 degrees for 5 hours. Flip crackers over, remove teflex sheet and dehydrate an additional 5 hours. It's meant some important business has been shelved (blogging, nacho hunting), other important business got pushed to the forefront (you have lots of time to make chili when you're sick). I haven't been honest-to-god sick in a while, so I'm out of the habit of puttering around the house. I've got the "not shaving" down pat, but I couldn't find my bathrobe, and my attention span has been shot (possibly because it's so glorious outside) to the point where I can't concentrate on a book. It?s a great place to satisfy your hunger for any of the above at any time of the day. Any burrito joint where you can actually eat healthy is my kind of place. The ingredients are fresh, the options are full of greens and vegetarian options, and some are even organic. My top favorites are the Spin City burrito ($7) with a whole wheat tortilla, spinach and mushroom and the unbeatable Deluxe Nachos. Try them vegetarian ($8) or with chicken ($11) or steak ($12) and the delicious guac and fresh chips will blow you away. Sit outside on a nice day or indoors if not. At night, you can stop by Cosmic Cantina for a drink and some chips and salsa at the bar in the back of the restaurant.
