Shannon O'Hara says that in 2005 her father gave her a valuable painting known as "Kitten" by E. Molineux and that when her parents divorced, her mother Marcia O'Hara testified that the painting was in fact given to Shannon as a gift. However, according to the complaint, in October 2009, Shannon moved from where she lived with Marcia and in with friends in Wisconsin and took clothes as well as the painting.
