Buckwheet needs questions. 50,000,000,of them!!
2019-09-08 17:00:00
I'm Buckwheet. Those who know me know that I ask a lot of questions. Well I'm going to try to get in the Guinness Book of world records for having the most questions ever posted. My goal is 50,000,000 in 18 months. It's simple. Post as many questions as possible. They must be three words or more. No cussing(in English)because my children and their friends will be submitting questions too. "Why am I doing this?"(by the way, that's the first question on the list) I want to prove that I can get everyone (the world) working on one project. Hey This will take posts from all over the world to be successful. "What do you get?"( question #2 ) Well everyone all over the world who helps will have their name in the Guinness book of world records forever!! So hook me up. We Bramptonians know A LOT of people so this should be a breeze. Since Georgetown only has a population of 20, they don't have to participate.LOL This will also be a way to hook up with some old friends from back in the da...

WIth a body of work that includes the likes of Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo, The Hot Chick and The Animal, there are no shortage of opinions when it comes to actor Rob Schneider. Which is precisely why, when given the opportunity to chat with Schneider, who was recently doing rounds to promote his new CBS comedy ROB, we jumped at the chance. So just what did he have to say about how Hollywood has changed since he burst onto the scene, the controversy surrounding his new series and the proliferation of reality television throughout primetime? Five Good Questions with Stacy Solomon, Golf For Beginners
2012-01-30 15:42:00
Recently I was emailed a few golf questions from Sean Mysel, Co-owner and operator at CrossGolfPros.com. Since he was concerned with how to get more women involved in the sport and has a wife who is a left-handed golfer, I was interested in helping out. I have reposted a few of the blog's questions below. Read the entire interview by clicking on the link below....enjoy :-) ********** Five Good Questions w/Stacy Solomon, Golf For Beginnersby Sean MyselHello all, one of my very great interests in the game of golf is how we as professionals can service a highly underrepresented segment of our market. That segment is women. Women are not coming to the game and in many ways are not being helped by golf establishments as a whole. For instance, in the Bay Area it's rare to find a course that offers organizations, leagues or otherwise for women. I had the great honor and privilege of conducting a Q&A with Stacy Solomon who authors a terrific blog called Golf F...

2012-01-17 23:53:00
After 193 episodes spent playing fan favorite Manny Santos on the hit Canadian series DEGRASSI, actress Cassie Steele knows a thing or two about making it. Unfortunately, she didn’t bother to pass along any of that career advice to her latest role that sees Steele step into the shoes of wide-eyed newcomer Abby Vargas on the sexy and scandalous new series THE L.A. COMPLEX. So just what’s it like playing a naive Hollywood neophyte struggling to make her mark in the beloved business we affectionally refer to as show? Well, we recently had the pleasure of catching up with the talented actress to find out just that. See for yourself, after the jump. At one point did THE LA COMPLEX change from a DEGRASSI spin-off to an entirely different show? Cassie Steele: THE LA COMPLEX was originally a spin-off and I feel like even a few months before we were ready to film it a discussion was still being had as to whether my character would be Abby or Manny [from DEGRASSI]. 2012-01-06 22:57:00
Just how much fun is the scandalous and sex-filled second season of Showtime’s SHAMELESS premiering this Sunday at 10PM (Monday at 9PM on TMN in Canada). So much so that we feel the inexplicable need to forgoe lunch at today’s action-packed NBC portion of Winter TCA 2012 to bring you a few words with last season’s break-out star Cameron Monaghan. Despite the rising number of gay teens on television, a character like Ian on SHAMELESS still remains somewhat of a standout. What type of reaction have you gotten to your role on the show? Cameron Monaghan: It’s been awesome. I like to focus on the social media, Facebook, Twitter and I speak to fans as much as possible. I get tons of tons of messages and comments saying that they’re a gay teen watching this or they were a gay teen growing up and this is their story. They feel like they can really relate to this and they’re glad that someone is portraying it honestly, fairly and without insulting their i...

Zat you, Santa Claus? Letter and Questions for the Ho-Ho-Ho Man
2011-12-22 21:42:00
Dear Santa, I am writing to you despite the fact that I do not officially believe in you. In fact, I believe that it is more likely that there are aliens out there than the possibility of your existence. Despite all that, you do exist; you exist in the hearts and minds of many children, and I will gladly foster this same belief in my own child. You see, when my son saw one of your incarnations at your self-named parade, his face glowed with joy. He clasps his hands in awe whenever he sees you on TV, and he is following my own childhood tradition of counting down to Christmas with a chocolate-filled calendar. I want to say thanks. The innocent bubbles of childhood will burst sooner or later, a victim of temporal circumstance, and we will get more cynical, but, at least, there used to be magical moments once upon a time. We can tap into it every now and then and hopefully at least once a year for memory's or nostalgia's sake. Actually, dear Santa, I never had the privilege of bel...

And here to preview the show, as well as talk up his hilarious work on the hit freshman series SUBURGATORY is none other than the North Pole’s newest elf, Mr. Thistleton, voiced by SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE alum Chris Parnell. Can you talk a little bit about what type of role you’re voicing? Chris Parnell: I play Mr. Thistleton, who is kind of a computer genius. He runs what’s called the Database Tree Farm which is where all the information on the children around the world is kept, who’s been naughty and whose been nice. Which of course is at the heart of what Santa has to do in terms of what gets delivered to these children a...

2011-11-27 23:25:00
After seven seasons spent bringing one of our all-time favorite television characters to life on THE WEST WING, your very own TV Addict would be content spending a Sunday night watching Bradley Whitford read a phone book. So you can imagine our excitement upon discovering that the actor’s latest project has him teaming up with Laurence Fishburne, Anika Noni Rose and Martin Landau in an adaption of Mitch Albom’s best-selling tome Have a Little Faith. So just what attracted the artist formally known as Josh Lyman to the project, and what does he hope audiences walk away with? See for yourself, after the jump. What attracted you to the project? Bradley Whitford: It really was a two-levelled thing. Today’s TV Addict Top 5: Questions with PRIVATE PRACTICE Star Caterina Sc
2011-11-17 20:05:00
This time it really is personal. Or at least that was the distinct impression your very own TV Addict was left with following a one-on-one with PRIVATE PRACTICE star Caterina Scorsone who recently took the time to tease tonight’s very special episode of PRIVATE PRACTICE that has the gang from Oceanside Wellness confronting her character, Amelia Shepherd, about the drug addiction that is destroying her life. But why personal you ask? Well, as it turns out, the Canadian-born actress has a unique connection to the world of drug addiction and mental health thanks to her father who runs an organization (The Good Neighbour’s Club) that serves as a homeless shelter for retirement-aged people suffering from addiction and mental health issues. Add to that what Scorsone herself characterizes as an incredibly misunderstood disease and you have fodder for what will surely go down as one of the most emotionally-charged episodes of the series thus far. See for yourself what Scorsone h...
Today’s TV Addict Top 5: Questions with CRIMINAL MINDS Star Kirsten Vangs
2011-11-16 17:21:00
Giving new meaning to the phrase “this time it’s personal,” tonight’s CRIMINAL MINDS will shine the spotlight on fan favorite Garcia who becomes uncharacteristically hands on in a BAU investigation when a member of her survivors’ support group (ARMY WIVES’ Brigid Branagh) goes missing. As such, theTVaddict.com recently had the pleasure of speaking with Kirsten Vagsness about all things CRIMINAL MINDS, including tonight’s episode and what she hopes to see from Garcia in the future. Check it out for yourself after the jump. After a seemingly revolving door of cast members the original band’s back together in this seventh season of CRIMINAL MINDS. What’s that been like? Kirsten Vagsness: Like how it would be when a band is back together, you just want to have jam sessions all day, smoke pot and talk about Jimi Hendrix! It’s exactly like that, not really, I mean it is, without the Hendrix… and the pot! No it’s great, w...

Today’s TV Addict Top 5: Questions with A GIFTED MAN Star Rachelle Lefevr
2011-11-04 21:02:00
If there’s one thing actress Rachelle Lefevre has learned over the course of her decade long career, it’s how to land on ones feet. In fact, one needn’t look further than her prolific imdb resume to realize that the moment her career takes a turn for the worst (See: The her controversial exit from the insanely popular Twilight series), the actress inexplicably manages to turn things around with a string of high profile starring roles. Which is precisely why it came as no surprise that fresh off the disappointment of ABC’s OFF THE MAP, the in-demand actress currently finds herself in New York City playing a doctor of an entirely different kind in CBS’ A GIFTED MAN. So just what keeps Lefevre going amidst all the ups and downs of the roller-coaster that is her career and what is it that attracted her to her latest role? We recently had the pleasure of catching up with the affable actor to find out just that. See for yourself, after the jump. As a fellow ...
10 Questions with THE MIDDLE Star Atticus Shaffer
2011-11-02 21:03:00
When your parents name you after a character in To a Kill a Mockingbird, a passion for reading probably shouldn’t come as much of a surprise. What should come as a surprise though is that Atticus Shaffer’s love of the printed word is partially responsible for where he finds himself today, playing Brick Heck, the hilarious youngest child on THE MIDDLE. We recently had the pleasure of catching up with the incredibly well-spoken young actor to find out what he’s reading now, which big-time movie star he’d next like to see play his teacher, and the fringe benefits that come with being one of the break-out stars of a hit ABC series. Was acting something you always wanted to do? Atticus Shaffer: What it was is that my Mom and I really loved to read. We’d always read out loud, make character voices and I was an above age reader at the time. And because of that my Mom — who saw one of my Dad’s co-worker’s son in a magazine — thought maybe I cou...

Heading into this final season is there something nice about knowing that you guys have control of your own destiny. No more season spent on the bubble, this is it! Today’s TV Addict Top 5: Questions with ALLEN GREGORY Creator/Star Jonah
2011-10-27 17:52:00
On Sunday October 30th, the network that gave us Bart Simpsons, Stewie Griffin and Rallo Tubbs will make room for a sharply-dressed seven year-old named Allen Gregory De Longpre. But where did he come from and does he have what it takes to fit into Fox’s storied Animation Domination lineup? We recently had the opportunity to chat (via conference call) with show creator and voice actor Jonah Hill to find out just that. See for yourself, after the jump. What inspired you to create the character of ALLEN GREGORY. Jonah Hill: Well, Allen Gregory came about because we’re doing animation and… me to play, Andy [Co-creator Andrew Mogel] and I were saying it would be cool to play a seven year old because I couldn’t play that in real life. That and, I just like animation. I just like how it’s a different art form. I like that challenge and it’s exciting. With a film, it’s over with and that character is done with. Where as with a show like ALLEN GREGORY, it’s cool to...

Can you describe who Niko Lonza is and what part he has to play in the upcoming episodes? GORAN:  I play a Yugoslavian diplomat who works in the United Nations and he meets one of the stewardesses on the flight from New York to Monte Carlo.  Basically, Kate (played by Kelli Garner) needs to get close to him because he is her only way into the fancy casino in Monte Carlo and she has a CIA assignment inside there.  But when Kate is done with her assignment, they have this connection and they start dating, and over the course of a couple of episodes, it turns into a love story.  But then towards the end of the 4-episode arc, you will have figured out that things are not as simple as that: the CIA has their agenda, as does the Yugo...
