In the affliction talent tree you will find spells and enhancements with which to start spending your talent points at level 10. Suppression - This requires no talent points to unlock, so you can start spending talent points straight away. There are 5 levels to this talent, so this spells will reduce the chance of the enemy to resist your affliction spells by 2% for every talent slot used, so if you fill all 5 slots then it will reduce the chance to resist by 10%.
