An SEO Experiment from Boxing

I am doing an SEO experiment on my other blog regarding the latest exciting happening in Philippine History. The fight between Manny Pacquiao and Marco Antonio Barrera boxing fight Tomorrow, October 7 2007. What I want to know is if I can gain more RSS Subscriber from that since, I have heard from some other blogs that they can get more Subscriber thru Off Topic Post. So I will know from this experiment. I have now directed all my related site to my post so that it can be indexed by search engine. My previous experiment seems to be successful, I just don't know about this one. I will let you know in the future post.

Did you know that you can see if your chatmate is really offline or not. Thanks to Web Stuff Scan for providing some tips to know about it 1. But there is a hack which allows you to see whether someone is really offline or not. The easiest way is to directly acess the online status image using the URL - http://opi.yahoo.com/online?u=userid& m=g&t=2 (replace userid with the actual user id). 2. The second way is to start a voice chat with the userid you want to check. If you don?t get an error it indicates that the user is indeed online, but in invisible mode. Thanks to derixc I just found out some new Tips how I can earn more from the search that is being made through my Website. I just implemented the Google Coop - Google Custom Search Engine at this site. What are the advantage compare to the search that could be found at Adsense site? You can really control from what site will the result come from Adsense could be incorporated into the custom search the design is nice and neat , I like the water mark feature. I have discover a new ways to increase my efficiency in browsing sites which I frequently visited. This could only be used if you are using firefox as your browser. I am referring to the use of Ctrl D ( Making a bookmark ). By Pressing Ctrl D it will bookmark the websites you like. Just follow the following steps: Go to your favorite Site Press Ctrl D  Then Press Bookmark at Menu bar and look for the Website you have bookmark.  Right click then select " properties "  then at the keyword put 2 or 3 letter word that you easily remember then presto. When ever you want to visit the site just enter the 3 letter word that you have input and you can immediately go to the site. Nice tip huh.. Thanks to Amit .

Situation : I want to list all the Documents mentioned in the CD provided by the client. How will I do that? Solution : Press Start and then  Press Run , It will lead you to DOS Setup Type the location of the drive where you want to list all the documents filename that you want to write( You may use " cd.. " or " e: " in order to move to the folder in the next level  ) Then type " dir >txt.txt  " Then presto go to Windows and find the filename txt.txt in the location where you made the command and it will show a text file listing all the documents and folders inside. It is good to know that Google settles suit over ad keywords which may have an effect to us advertiser of they loose. In an article published by MercuryNews.com they have explained on how did this happen. Google settled a lawsuit with American Blind & Wallpaper Factory on Friday, ending a long-running battle about whether its keyword-advertising policy infringed trademarks. Eric Goldman, director of the High Tech Law Institute at Santa Clara University, said the outcome amounted to a "stunning victory" for Google. American Blind sued Google four years ago for selling ads to its competitors that were triggered by search terms, also known as keywords, that exactly or nearly matched its brands. A verdict that found Google had infringed trademarks could have had major implications for Internet advertising. And the best thing is they settled it and it will not affect our earnings.

I just like to inform you guys that Adsense is really paying. My Third Adsense cheque arrived yesterday although it is only small but still it will be worth to buy me another set of tires. Well last Wednesday my company has sent me to Dubai to do a business meeting . Dubai I may say is really nice place to stay. I arrived in airport without any VISA but since I am an Engineer and a GCC Resident, They were able to give me a VISA. You just have to pay 100 DHS. I stayed at Crown Plaza Hotel ( A very good place to Stay ) The following items are some tips when traveling Dubai If you are traveling from a GCC countries you should bring your country ID. ( i.e. Iqama for those working in Saudi Arabia ) so that you can easily be issued a Visa upon arrival.
