2006-09-10 21:12:06 Blockstar is a service that has a website builder and hosting. There is both a free and paid version of Blockstar. With Blockstar you can make webpages, upload pictures, build photo galleries, and put documents online. With the free version you get 50MB of storage and 1GB of bandwidth. There is no need to know HTML because their website builder does it for you. You have to download their software to create your site. YouTube on your iPod for free
2006-09-09 15:06:07 With these two freeware programs one for Mac and one for Windows you can easily get YouTube videos on to your iPod . The Windows version is called iTube and the Mac version is PodTube. In iTube (Windows) you paste the video URL into iTube and it then downloads the video, converts it, and adds it to your iTunes library. In PodTube (Mac) you must browse in Safari and one click will download the video, convert it, and add to your iTunes library as well. SNIPPit
2006-09-01 08:15:06 SNIPPit is a service that allows you to create little yellow post-it note looking things that you can place anywhere on your personal page. You just open a new "snipp" to create a new note. You can tag each Snipp and retrieve them through your tag cloud. The tag cloud idea is perfect so you can easily retrieve your snipps with that tag.
Webwag Customizable Homepage

Webwag allows you to view your inbox, search various search engines and wikipedia, view the weather, save bookmarks, and read RSS feeds of any site you wish in little modules that are spread across the page. You can change the location of the different modules however you want. This is pretty cool but there are other websites that allow you to do the same exact thing as Webwag such as Netvibes and Page flakes. The HiPAD II has a 10.4 inch touch screen display, a 20GB HDD, 256MB of RAM, Wi-Fi, PCMIA and CF slots. Pricing and availability is not known yet.

The card reader supports SD/MMC also. It only uses 1 AAA battery which is nice and lasts for 10 hours of playing time. Supported formats are MP3, WMA, OGG and WAV audio; MPEG 1/2, AVI, WMV and ASF video, JPEG image formats, and TXT documents. It has a built in FM radio and high-resolution 2" color LCD display. It ships with 1GB and 2GB models with an SD card expansion slot. It is $129 for the 1GB and $179 for the 2GB.
