Why don't I use Linux

Most people ask me why don't I blog about Linux anything at all? I don't know Linux or why? Okay, I will refer to this one of PC world user responds:Linux versus Windows XP Don't make me laugh! Like your writer, I took a long look at one of the latest versions of Linux (Red Hat Linux 9 in my case). The OS installed nicely, but it took me no less than 1.5 hours to get online with my dial-up connection--after 2 hours of getting my modem configured. Installing software? Don't look for the .zip files you may be used to, and once you get downloaded files unpacked, don't expect them to set up painlessly the way Windows apps do.After two weeks of this nonsense, I went back to Windows XP. I'll take its ease of use and hardware compatibility any time.Yeah, that feedback goes almost the same for me, except for the fact that I have tried many Linux distros not just Red Hat Linux 9. You don't have to believe me, you can try yourself.

After you open the Task Manager you found that one of the svchost.exe is eating all CPU resource.The difficult thing is that svchost.exe is used by Microsoft Windows Services and run many instances simultaneously. Sometimes, malware also run with the same name too. I have noticed Windows Vista built-in indexing service eat up my computer resource from time to time. Usually at night, while my computer is idle. It is ok to use all the resources while the computer is idle, but my computer has got extra cooling fan that turn on when CPU usage over around 70%. So that Vista eating resource really bothers me at night.But thanks GOD! Not anymore. Before I'll explain you this trick, I want to warn you that in my Vista, I've got sweat to find way to delete that's invisible folder. So that, if you don't want to mess with your computer, please don't try this trick.For all those daredevils, here is the procedure:1. Create New folder.2. Right-click on it, then choose rename.3. After that delete the name New Folder and press Alt+01604. That'll create invisible space in the folder name, press Enter.5. Right-click that folder, choose properties, then go to Customize tab6. After I have found out about Google Flight simulator, I have noticed that Marco submitted his story to four community based sites : Digg , Reddit , Shoutwire and Slashdot, at the same time. As Slashdot is editorial based, I won?t discuss about that here.Here are the screenshots for the other three.Oh My GOD! 352 views and only 2 shouts? Come on, this article definitely deserve to be shouted. It is impossible that all those 352 people have already known about this easter egg before Marco.When you compared with Digg and reddit, all the community users gave Marco the diggs and points he deserved.Why all these Shoutwire users are so mean? Last month, I have told you guys about Google Earth closeup photos. But there are many things Google Earth can do. You can even use as a flight simulator. Yeah! that's hidden feature (or easter egg, you named it) in latest version of Google Earth.First start the program, then you can press Ctrl+Alt+A and then you'll see the flight simulator screen. You can choose two planes. For a place, you can choose Google's given airports or you can start anywhere on planet.You can press Ctrl+H for the list of commands or you can check here.Enjoy your flight!BtoN's Tips : If you can't start flight simulator by using Ctrl+Alt+A, you can try Tools-->> Option -->> General tab --->> Check Send usage statistics to Google. How to enable telnet in Vista

When I try to use telnet feature in Vista , I couldn't use it. After scrolling through Microsoft help, I learn that you need to enable it in Vista first.Go to Start -->> Control Panel -->> Programs and features -->> Turn Windows features on or offAfter that, check Telnet Client and click ok. That's it. You can use telnet in Vista from Run command or Command prompt now.

Whenever you want to copy/move, just right click on something and select Send To, then you can choose your folder just like the following screenshot.
