Volunteers are needed to help identify millions of galaxies from pictures. Anyone interested should visit galaxyzoo.org . If your interested in stuff like this I also recommend the SETI@Home project: http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/ where you can help find the existence of life in outer space. SETI@Home has not found any life from other planets yet but has helped cracked down a laptop theft.
