SATA Blu-ray Disc Triple Writer

Lite-On has launched two internal, SATA burners which offer the average Joe an option to burn Blu-ray disc's for a lesser asking price or the time savings a 20x DVD burner has to offer. The LH-20A1S is the world's fastest DVD rewriter at 20x and it features a cable-saving SATA connector which definitely spruces up the interior. Other features include a Smart-Write self learning technology for the best writing quality, Smart-Burn to avoid buffer-underrun error and Smart-X which adjusts data extraction to allow for the fastest transfer speeds. It also supports DVD Dual Layer burning, too.In other news, the LH-2BiS is possibly the first third party Blu-ray disc burner, and it is able to burn in Blu-ray, DVD or CD while using it's SATA interface to transfer data. It's only able to write to Blu-ray at 2x though, so you'll have to be patient for that 25GB disc to burn.

As they say, slim is the new Zen, and Nokia rolls out the nirvana in the Nokia 6300 at a svelte 106 x 43.6 x 13.1mm. With it's beveled black top and silver metal bottom, the 6300 looks like a slider permanently slid out. The metal silver and glossy black lends it a clean, minimal look which complements it's slimness and gives the exquisite chassis a solid feel.Even the 2" TFT QVGA display screen adds class with it's minimal display and a slight fade-in when it powers up from standby. With the ability to display up to 16 million colors the display is bright and gorgeous.Except for the front controls, the only external buttons are the power switch on top and the volume keys on the top right, which double as the zoom keys in camera mode.
