The LG KU990 is a touch screen enabled mobile phone, similar to the Prada model, but offering improvements in certain areas. It boasts a 5 mega pixel camera and HSDPA as useful updates. The KU990 also features software to enable users to edit and upload video directly to You Tube directly from the handset.The LG KU990 has a large 3" 262K color TFT touchscreen display with a 240 x 400 pixels resolution. The camera uses Schneider-Kreuznach optics and xenon flash, and is capable of shooting quality video clips with 30 fps. There is also a secondary VGA videocall camera. It is up to a user to choose from shooting in auto focus or manual focus mode with ISO sensitivity of up to ISO 800. Storing images, tracks, clips or files is easy with the onboard 170 MB memory, expandable up to 2GB through the microSD memory card slot. Music fans will like the MP3/MPEG4 player and FM radio. Apple's third generation (3G) iPod nano brings the most popular MP3 player in the world. The player looks a short iPod Classic at first glance; turn the new nano for a side view, however, and you'll see why it's the nano successor. At only 6.5mm thick, the 3G nano has a 2" screen for video playback, and uses a modified version of Cover Flow, the same iPod interface used on the iPhone. The 3G nano is available in two capacities, 4GB and 8GB. The 4GB version available only in silver, but the 8GB version is available in several colors (shown left). The new iPod nano also is a bit lighter than its predecessor, weighing in at 1.41-oucnes. The 8GB version stores up to 2000 songs, which translates to about 100 hours of music.
