Samsung i550 mobile phone

Samsung is aiming to give the Nokia E-series one match with its new mobile phone with GPS.Thin smartphones is a niche that Samsung been successful in with products like i600 and i780. The latest addition is called i550, and looks pretty much like an i600, but with standing screen, and common buttons instead of qwerty keyboard. Inside the shell are more differences. The operating system is Symbian S60, that is to say the same menus, as in countless Nokiamobiles. Samsung i550 feels really solid. The rubbershell from the i700 and i780 has been replaced by plastic leatherstructure. Not quite as attractive, but a practical solution and scratch resistance. The buttons look rather small on the picture, but they work better then expected and both the buttons and the gap is larger than on mobile phones such as Nokia N82 or Sony Ericsson w890. Travelstar 7K320 is a 2.5-inch hard drive

Hitachi's latest hard drive can hold 60 gigabytes more and draws 25 percent less power compared to previous versions. Travelstar 7K320 is a 2.5-inch hard drive for portable computers, with a capacity of 320 GB. It spins at 7 200 revolutions per minute and can transfer the 3 Gbit / s which means that it is twelve percent faster than the representative Travelstar 7200. The new generation of disks is available in sizes of 80-320 GB of which the most spacious expected to have a price of $250 when it comes up this summer. According to Hitachi expected a number of PC vendors have the disks in place in portable computers, game controllers and compact desktop computers (type Mac Mini) in this year's third quarter. Sony Ericsson mobile phone C702 Cyber-shot

Sony Ericsson Mobile splash-and dust phone, the C702 has now appeared in English shops. It has built-in GPS and support for turbo-3g. The new phone with a so-called active lifestyle as a target group has a unusually good camera and is particularly strengthened against splashing water and sand. The camera capable of 3.2 megapixel and has auto focus. The images can be provided with tags that talk about where they have been taken by information retrieved from the built-in Navigator. C702 Cyber-shot weighs 105 grams, has been operating for five hours and standby time of 300 hours. C702 Cyber-shot presented at the Mobile World Congress and now goes to buy for about $500. Samsung not having Safari on their mobile L870

Samsung deny that they have ported Safari to their new mobile L870 When Samsung sent out a press release on the new cell phone L870, it was claimed that Apple's Safari browser was included. but they are denying this information. Safari will not end up in Samsung's mobile phones. Earlier this week, there was a lot of writings on that Samsung was going to include Apple's Safari browser in the new cell phone L870. But, as many suspect it is not Safari, but the browser that is already being used in Symbian S60. It is now confirmed by a spokesman for Samsung, reports Engadget. The reason for the misleading information is that both browsers are based on the open engine WebKit. Source: IDG

Linksys iPhone CIT400 - a Skype phone

Do anybody really need a Linksys iPhone CIT400? Dunno.. It is a cordless DECT/GAP phone with Skype capability. Pretty nice design with a small LCD display and has 50m reach indoors, 300m outdoors. The battery holds for 600 minutes of talking and 120 hours of standby. Linksys iPhone CIT400 is a good combined DECT and Skype phone, but a bit too expensive in this segment.

HTC Touch Diamond is another one of HTC great mobile phone, now with TouchFLO 3D (scrolling wheel), built in GPS, 3.2 megapixel camera and fast HSDPA internet connectivity. Inspired by Nokia 95, it has a large built in memory of 4GB. The design is nice and slick. HTC Touch Diamond is not a bad mobile phone, not bad at all.

Nintendo Wii and Xbox 360 all lack the blueray player, so if you are looking for a cheap blueray player with additional gaming capability, then Sony PS3 is the ultimate choice. Remember that movie files are data intense and if you don't have use a mobile operator with flat data rate, then watching youtube movies on you mobile is a crazy idea (if you don't want to burn money fast). The youtube player for the mobile has the same kind of navigation as on the web. This is a good phone for the music lover coming with 2GB of internal memory. Enough for a cople of hundred songs. I found this for me totally unique watch design on the net. The Nooka Zub Zot Watch looks at first like some kind of difficult portable puzzle. But the Nooka Zub Zot really displays the time, although in a new kind of way. After some guidance you´ll understand how it works. The dots represent the hours, the bar below represent the minutes and seconds and dates are displayed digitally. I like the fact that it keeps your head alert even in the morning hours with a few beers in your belt. It makes you think for a while and relearn. And it has a totally cool and a bit of a geeky look as well. I Like it!

Compact portable ScanShell 800N A6 scanner

I´m doing a lot of travelling in my work. On and off to meetings with no real time to prepare my presentations on the office. The portable and compact Scanshell 800 has proven to be a real good investment, letting me scan up to A6 formats on the road. It fits easily into my laptop backpack measuring only 185x51x39mm. It comes with USB 2.0 and is power free making it a real piece of cake to use it wherever and whenever I need it. The Scanshell 800 Duplex scans quickly in perfect quality. It´s the perfect tool for me and I can gladly recommend it to others.
