This update from wordpress is very quick, but very important update. Only last week i installed the new wordpress 2.8.3 update. This morning i was shocked to see the new update from Wordpress . But this update is very much reasonable. Wordpress discovered a new bug from previous update. This bug allows the attacker to bypass a security check, to verify a user requested a password reset. so the admin account without a key in the database would have its password reset directly. This new password would be emailed to the account owner email address. Sample : The attackers use the below url to exploit. http://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-login.php?a ction=http://itbuddy.blogspot.com//rp& ;key[]= and the password will be reset and send to your email id. Lets see how to make a smooth gradient for any image you have using photoshop. If you apply a smooth gradient to any image , it gives you a different photo graphical look with alternative color combination’s. For example see the picture below and see the after effects of the same picture and feel the effect yourself. Follow the below steps to achieve smooth gradient in photoshop. 1] Open any image. Make new layer by clicking Create a new layer icon. Consider the following image. 2] Set foreground color to red and background color to white. 3] Select Gradient Tool and apply to the layer you have just created. Hold Shift and apply from right to left. 4] Make a copy of the background image by dragging it to new layer icon. Position it on top as shown to the left. 5] And finally set the Opacity of the layer to 50%. Today i am going to teach you how to make a water drop effect in Photo shop. Follow the below steps to create a water drop effect. 1. Create a New layer and draw a circle in it. Keep the circle active. 2. Now Go to blending options and change the fill opacity to 0% percent. 3. Apply drop shadow. choose your own settings in the drop shadow option. 4. Now apply the inner glow. Select the color as white color. 5. Now apply bevel and emboss with depth 191. 6 Use brush tool to pour drops where u want in the picture, in which you want to apply water effect. This Tutorial will teach about how to make a paper burn effect in photoshop. This is a simple tutorial which use a simple trick in photoshop by modifying the Inner glow option in Blending Options. Step 1] Create a new Layer with a Black Background, since Black color will give you the burn effect. Step 2] Open any Paper image. If not available simply use white color background. Step 3] Select the Paper Image Layer and Erase some part of it using Eraser tool. So that the Result will look some thing similar to that of the below image. This Tutorial will help you to create a motion Zoom effect for Text using Adobe Photoshop . The end result will look like the zoom effect taken from camera.Follow the below steps to get a Zoom effect in photo shop. 1. SELECT ANY TEXT : In our example we have taken the text as “PHOTOSHOP”. 2. APPLY FILTER-> DISTORT -> POLOR COORDINATES -> POLOR TO RECTANGLE : Apply the Polar Filter to the selected Text. Before Applying Filter , photoshop will ask whether to rasterize the layer or not. Say yes to rasterize and apply the filter. 3. IMAGE -> ROTATE CANVAS CCW : Rotate the image to CCW 90 degree , so that the zoom effect will match perfectly. 4.APPLY FILTER -> STYLIZE -> WIND : Apply this filter from RIGHT TO LEFT 2 times . This is the Photoshop tutorial to create a 3D ball . Follow the given steps to create a 3D ball. 1. At first open a new Document with size 5* 5 pixel. Create a Circle in that layer and fill any color [white is preferred] . 2. Goto EDIT and click Define Pattern. Give a new name to the pattern and save it . 3. Now create a new Layer of size 800*600 pixel. 4. Create a new layer and fill a pattern that you saved before. For this use Shift+F5 and select your saved pattern. 5.
