Apple and Orange in trouble

The problem seems to be around the percentage of the monthly fee that Apple get back from an iPhone mobile contract and the iPhone price itself. According to the french newspaper NouvelObs, Apple is asking for having back around 30% of the monthly contract!!!
iPhone with T-Mobile in Germany
