I am a sucker for these cheesy gimmicky photo manipulation tools. One of my favorite pieces of Mac software is photobooth. It’s hours of fun creating the weirdest looking photos of your friends and family. PQ Talking Photo ($59.90) by PQ Computing is nothing new, but still looks plenty of fun none the less. It allows you to take a photo and create a flash animation. Check out the site for a whole bunch of examples of user generated animations.  It is currently only for Windows but the site does mention a Mac version is in the works. DISCLAIMER: By creating this post I will receive a free copy of the software for personal use. You can do the same if you own a blog.
