Nicaraqua Real Estate

Can you imagine owning Nicaragua real estate.  That is one place it never ever would have occurred to be to buy real estate but from what I understand its turning into a popular place for vacation rentals.  I grew up in a very wealthy part of the country and people had vacation houses in places like Hawaii and the rocky mountains but never Nicaragua property.  I just remember hearing about it on the news all of the time when I was a kid.  From what I just read on the internet though they held Multi-party democratic elections in 1990.  I guess its a democracy now.    The pictures I have seen of Nicaragua land certianly are beautiful and very tropical looking.

I love rugs. I have no idea why. I’m always complaining that we need more of them. It might be best if we don’t get any new rugs until the kids move out of the house. There so messy and there always letting the cats into the house and you know how cats love to crap on the carpet or worse and how difficult it is to get the smell out. Getting Leaves out of gravel

My wife has figured out how to et the gravel out of our dry stream bed without using a leaf blower.  Since we don’t own a leaf blower and were concerned about the leaves in the gravel (because the more they decompose the harder they are to remove)  and we can’t really hire anyone right now.  She simply used our household broom and went out into the garden and gently swept the leaves off of the surface.  its certianly cheaper than paying 60 dollars for the landscaping company to come and do it.

No not the kind you dress up as for Halloween or that hides under the bed or in the closet when your a kid. This is Mons ter .ca, the job hunting site. You’ve probably heard there adds on the radio before. Thats where I’ve heard of them from. I don’t really ever get any spam or see there banners plastered on the internet or anything. The fact that I don’t ever get any spam from them I think is very positive. I can’t say that about most sites. Of course on this site you can find job listing and you can post your resume for employers to look at if they don’t feel like the whole post job thing and dealing with the answers. If your looking for a job you can find tons of hiring positions on the site without having to go through the trouble of buying a paper and searching through the want adds, plus you can submit your resume online and thats always convenient. You can find seasonal jobs on there also. I wonder if they have any house sitting job...

Sometimes when your having a bad day like my wife and I have both been having then it can make you feel better to read about other people problems.  Measured up.com is a website where consumers can report on there experiences at different places.  My personal favorite are the Dr’s complaints.  Its amazing how mean some nurses can be.  Well they have to put up with Dr’s so I guess they have a reason to be mean.  Not all of them are bad though.  Some of them are good.  it can be nice to read good things every now and then.  Regardless of good or bad its still a lot of fun to read the reviews.

Have you ever seen a dating  site that has success stories on it.  I love reading about happy romances and cute ways people meet each other. I guess I am kind of a sap when it comes to that.  Date.com has success stories on it.  It also has some very interesting articles about dating on the site as well.  There is Success stories, dating 101, gay and lesbian dating, virtual interviews and horoscopes. Lasik Eye Surgery

My wife has a really bad habit of not wearing contact lenses.  We don’t have health insurance.  I’ve covered that topic on numerous occasions in this blog when I’m complaining about our government.  For  this reason she won’t buy contact lenses even though she really really needs them.  Things start to get blurry for her 2 feet in front of her face.  She has gotten really good at getting along without them.  She can drive as long as she is on a familiar road.  She also has unbelievable hearing and a sense of Vibration.  Its pretty amazing actually. We will have insurance soon and she will be ale to afford an eye exam and contact lenses again.  Thank-God.   I would much rather get her that Lasik eye surgery.  That way her vision would be corrected and she wouldn’t have to worry about having contact lenses or glasses and I wouldn’t have to worry about her trying to live without them.  At least I’m pretty sure they would correct ...

I do a lot of traveling.  Actually all traveling salesmen do a lot of traveling.  Thats why they call them traveling salesmen.  I use those hotel reservation sites on occasion to book rooms before I reach what ever destination I end up in but I can’t always be sure what sorts of rooms I’m going to get.  Those reservation sites don’t always give excellant descriptions.  On more than one occasion I have found myself in a roach motel with internet access so slow I’m not even sure if dial up could qualify. I have never had to worry about having any kind of toenail fungus or any nail fungus of any sort. I may just be lucky. I’ve certianly had plenty of athletes foot and thats a fungus on your feet. I have never had a problem when it came to meeting women or dating.  I have a very strong energy about me and seems to attract people.  I’m also very outgoing and very outspoken and that doesn’t hurt either.  Or the fact that I know how to dress like a really rich man without hurting the bank.  I used to be able to drive a car like that too but not with gas prices the way they are. Like my wife I find the whole concept of online marketing to be very frustrating.  There are tons of articles out there on it but not all of them are truthful.  People online seem to love to print a bunch of crap and sell it to who ever will pay for it. I’ve moved a lot in my lifetime.  I’ve moved from hotel room to hotel room while on the road and I’ve moved from house tyo house with my ex wife while living in Florida and now that I am in Arkansas and I can finally put down roots I’m looking at moving 1000 feet back into the woods from our current house when the Domes are finished.   I’m just glad I’ve never have to deal with international movers or international shipping.  I had friend who had stuff shipped from over seas.  when they moved over seas all of there furniture was lost and when they moved back it took 6 months for all of there stuff to arrive completely.   But if you have to move overseas you should consider using a website like International movers.com for your International Moving needs.

I’ve never really had a problem meeting women. I am a natural born salesman. I have the gift of gab and with that comes some other natural traits. Yeah, his plan for education is working so well that the teachers claim they or there students can’t keep up with the work load and that there is so much to do and so much of it is government regulated that the students can no longer enjoy themselves. I’ve been coast to coast 10 times as a traveling salesman.  I’ve traveled in ways some people only dream of traveling, but I’ve never traveled outside of the country.  I would love to go to the Bahamas or any other dozens of places.  I’ll have to win the lottery to do that and we know what my chances of that are.  I guess I’ll have to be content reading about them. This economy sucks

Business has slowed down significantly.  I’m blaming the economy since it seems to be something everyone has experienced. Usually shut down for two months at the end of November anyway because I don’t make enough during December and January to cover costs but I’m shutting down for 4 months now.  I hope to see things improve after the election.  I think a big part of the problem is the jackass we have in the white house.  I truly feel that things are going to improve significantly after the election.

This is Terrible

Well here we are on Sunday.  Last week I sold 2 cases and two of the quarts left from the bike rally.  talk about a crappy week.  The week before was not much better and lets not forget the week and a half it took for me to get supplies in the first place.  Were so broke at the moment that we went to the mission for groceries this week. I have 530 dollars in bills sitting in the bill box waiting to be paid.  To make matters worse I have some sort of bug this week.  I have a fever and everything.   The shut off notice for the electric bill arrived.  I have got to make some decent sales next week.

Well things have gone from bad to worse.  After waiting a week and a half for my shipment and having to live on all of the money we had put back during that time and not being able to put more money back because I had to wait a week and a half for the shipment we were nearly broke.  I made a grand total of 80 bucks the week afterward due to the holiday and the fact that we had to pack up and get ready for the  bike rally Thursday and Friday.  The Bike rally was mostly rained out.  It probably rained 75 percent of the time we were there and the people that were there weren’t to anxious to come off of money for Bike cleaner.   We made enough to cover our expenses and that was about it.  Monday I headed for Missouri again.  I got to jasper and this was when my car broke down.  I had to charge 390 dollars to my account at Toyota and had to wait on my car until Tuesday.  I head out to Missouri Wednesday to discover that there were two crews working in Missouri and that k...

The Weekend at the Biker Rally

Sales at the Dogpatch Biker Rally id not go as well as hoped.  We had a good time and we didn’t go backwards in funds to bad.  The first night was a lot of fun for us.  Where was a Bikini contest and the rains weren’t to bad.  we got to see some burn outs and a bunch of the ladies got into the back of a truck and started dancing and taking there tops off. Since we didn’t make any money neither did the model we hired to stand out front and wash the bikes so we ended up paying for her meals.   Saterday it rained of and on for most of the day and when afternoon rolled around so did some big black clouds.  At this point in time we discovered our tent leaked. I’m off the Missouri today though.  I’m leaving in the rain.  I’m not to happy about that at all.  I really really hate working in the rain.
