With the economy in the toilet and my sales down so much that I had to take a job working as an accounts manager in a rental place you can imagine how much I would enjoy having the privilege to do things like take out Merchant Cash Advances. I don’t have a merchant account so that impossible. I did recently have to come up with 550 dollars to pay for 10 cases worth of cleaner to fill reorders that have been coming in now that the season in Arkansas has started. Bills are tight at the moment has my wifes two businesses have also slowed down considerably and it hasn’t been easy to come up with that much money. I don’t have the credit to get a business loan either because my credit is so crappy due to all of the medical bills I have. If we had Universal health care I would still have good credit and have no problem getting business loans for advance my business in slow times like this. The flu has been going around lately. I recently had to go get a prescription for my daughter because she refuses to take my wifes herbal remedies (even though they work better if you ask me)and I found myself standing at the counter looking at the woman behind the glass counting out the pills wondering why a person needed training for a pharmacy technician job. Pharmacy technician salary is supposed to be really good. I have never known anyone who worked as a pharmacy tech but I think they make over 60 k a year. I have a friend with training from a technical school that is currently work at McDonalds. He’s attending college to further his degree along as well. Some people have suspected that by going to school and working at places like McDonalds instead of using his IT training he may be trying to avoid getting a real job. Now I know surgeons use bone extenders because my wife has thought about having a surgery done that would require bone extenders to be implanted into her jaws. I can’t help but wonder if the ability to get small business loans would make my life a lot easier. Actually. I know that it would. I’m absolutely positive that it would. Then my wife would have more money to invest in her bookstore and I would have more money to invest in my chemical business. My wife does not have good vision but due to the fact that we have spent long periods of time without health insurance she has had to learn to live without contact lenses or glasses.  I am often surprised by her ability to do without things other people would see as necessary, but it doesn’t make me happy about it. If your planning or even thinking about a vacation in Australia, Darling Harbor is a place you might want to check out. Besides having a beautiful name Darling Harbor is one of Sydney’s most popular recreation spots with over 1.3 million people visiting the sunny foreshore precinct each year. Crowne Plaza in Darling Harbor which has a 4 1/2 star rating looks particular beautiful in the pictures I found at cheaper than hotels.com. Novotel Rockford also looks particularly nice as well. There both very elegant and look like a wonderful place to spend your time when your not out seeing the sites. The Quest hotel probably has the nicest bathrooms I’ve seen out of all of the hotels though and nice bathrooms are important to me.

Have you ever seen a pink Christmas tree? How about a black Christmas tree. My Gothic witchy wife would love that one. I don’t have room for a lot of Christmas trees in this house of mine but someday I hope to have a big beautiful house with high ceilings and lots of room for lots of Christmas trees. Land in Nicaragua

Nicaragua is a place I have never seen and unless  I win the lottery or magically stumble into a bunch of money I probably will only see pictures of it.  I do remember there being a lot of civil unrest there when I was a kid but I guess thats over with now because it seems to be turning into a nice vacation and Nicaragua real estate spot.  I looked to see if I could find some cheap listings but I didn’t.  There all expensive. I did a Google image search and I was surprised that I didn’t find much.  I did find an article that said its considered one of the poorest countries and the UN is working on helping the country improve that.  I guess selling expensive beach front real estate is a step in the right direction.   The images I did find of Nicaragua land were very very beautiful.

My wife told me a story once about a home she wanted as her first home.  she’s always had taste that was kind of unusual and she found a perfect affordable mountainside lot and tried to talk to now ex husband into building a Chalet.  He refused.  He might have saved his marriage if he had agreed.  He wasn’t very bright when it comes to things like keeping his wife happy. I can see why she liked them.  They are beautiful in there own way.  Chalets built into a mountainside side with a deck and usually a great view as well. Maybe someday I can take her up to Mont Tremblant Canada and stay for a while in those mountain chalets.  She would really enjoy that having wanted to live in one and never having the opportunity.   Mont Tremblant Accommodations are really very luxurious and peaceful.  You can bring your whole family up there for a vacation.  They have lodges up there that sleep anywhere from 6 to 20.  It would be a great place for a corporate getaway as well...

Owning a vacation Rental

I’ve been to California probably 10 times in my life time.  You tend to visit all of the states multiple time when your in traveling sale.  I didn’t get much of a chance to really look around though. I was to busy trying to make a buck.  Maybe some day I will win the lotter and be able to take long luxurious vacations to places around the world like California.   Maybe I would buy a San Diego Beach house and rent it out when I’m not there.  I think that would be a good investment as long as the area is not to overrun with San Diego beach rentals  or maybe I wouldn’t.  Do I want to headache of a vacation rental.  I think it would be a good investment.  Maybe I could check out mission beach rentals.   Mission beach has the Belmont Amusement park and since I love amusement parks that would probably be where would want my vacation house to be located near.  It would probably be best to rent one in the area first.  SDVR.com has loads of luxury vacati...
