Disney Calendar for 2008

A couple weeks ago, I did a post on a FREE, and cool 2008 Disney calendar. Well, I just ran across another great printable calendar today, as I wanted to print one off for bringing to work with me. Walt Disney World Marathon 2008

The town I live in, Duluth, MN, is definitely a "marathon town", hosting one of the largest marathons in the country. Grandma's Marathon is an international event, and something our town is very proud of. The scenery for our marathon is absolutely breathtaking, as runners run along the rocky and hilly northwestern shore of Lake Superior. While it is a terrific course, there may be just ONE other marathon that comes close in terms of scenery ;) The 2008 Walt disney World Marathon has just wrapped up, and there were about 40,000 runners, with the full and half marathon's combined. Brazilian Adriano Bastos won the marathon for the 5th time! Melanie Peters of Florida claimed the women's title. Here's a fun YouTube video of the 2008 Walt Disney World Marathon!--- Disney Dean
