1st San Juan Music Festival Starring Bon Jovi

On June 8, 2007 Bon Jovi will be headlining the 1st Annual San Juan Music Festival at the Hiram Bithorn in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This will be the first time in 20 years that Bon Jovi has played in Puerto Rico. The festival is scheduled to start at 6pm and end at midnight. Puerto Rico Paradisus Gets a Name Change

2007-04-27 13:52:00 It’s labeled as the ‘Puerto Rico Air Extravaganza’ and it is happening tomorrow and Sunday the 28th and 29th April, 2007 at the international airport Rafael Hernandez in Aguadilla. Aguadilla is on the north-west coast of Puerto Rico and is about a 90 - 120 minutes drive from San Juan. I have not been able to find many details about the air show, but according to El Nuevo Dia (one of the local papers in Puerto Rico) there will be a static show of aircraft as well as air displays. The local radio station ‘Alpha Rock 105.7′ has today announced that Bon Jovi will be playing here in Puerto Rico on June 8, 2007. According to Alpha Rock, tickets will be available through Ticketpop. I have just checked there site and there is no news regarding tickets and there is still no news on the official Bon Jovi site. The quality of the video is great and the images that you will see, will make you want to see this really beautiful walk in Old San Juan. The site is about a group of kayakers who are planning to circumnavigate the islands of Puerto Rico, Culebra and Vieques in August 2007. They will be using sea kayaks for the trip and will be detail there adventure on their site. Heavy Rain Yesterday in Puerto Rico
2007-04-23 19:21:00 It looks like almost 3.2 inches of rain fell yesterday (Sunday April 22) and I know because I was drining in it and it was not fun. This brings the total for the month of April to 5.5 inches, which is above average according to ‘Weather Underground’ which states the average is around 2.5 inches. We still have a few inches to go to beat last years total of 7.3 inches (hopefully we will not beat it). Unfortunately, the forcast for the rest of the week, does not look that promising. 2007-04-22 20:19:00 Well, we just got back from being caught in the heavy storm that has just dumped a lot of rain in the Guaynabo, Trujillo Alto and San Juan area. The rain was so heavy that flash flood warnings have been posted for Bayamon, Guaynabo, Trujillo Alto and San Juan and having been out in the storm, I would have to say that a lot of rain came down in a short period.
