Halo 3 Legendary Map Pack: Ghost Town
2008-02-22 20:09:00 Bungie has released the first screenshots of Ghost Town , one of the maps included in the second map pack for Halo 3. Here is the description on the map. Below you can find the first screens: Ghost Town is the fragmented ruins of a small 24th century water purification complex that geographically lies just North and West of the jungle foothills hydroelectric facility from the Sierra 117 mission. The well-protected facility built into a shallow ravine was once home to the Global Water Campaign, where the still somewhat-pure Kilimanjaro meltwater was transported via pipelines from the river and directed to this small outpost where it became further purified, and then transported via GWC trans-African pipelines along the Tsavo Highway for distribution throughout the entire continent. A video on Inside the Xbox explains exactly how to go about playing these games, as downloading them doesn’t make them immediately available. You need to first download the XNA Creators Club Game Launcher, which you can find on the Marketplace now. It’s a small download. What would be worse though than one of the major hardware backers jumping ship to ..... The media reported that Toshiba will discontinue its HD DVD business. Toshiba has not made any announcement concerning this. Although Toshiba is currently assessing its business strategies, no decision has been made at this momen So they are not denying it then, just trying to find some poor sod to read out the press statement. Infinity Ward Community Manager Robert Bowling talks about what went in to developing COD 4. Bowling revealed that there were once vehicle mission in the game and even Humvees in multiplayer. He went on to explain what was coming in the next patch and explained the process for creating multiplayer maps. If it seems like its going to take months then i'll get internet in this place so i might only be off for a few weeks. Either way I'll miss you all till i manage to get on. Known some of you guys for best part of 5 years and shared some fantastic times on Live both gaming wise and just generally dicking about. Keep you updated on progress through the blog.
