Spectrobes is a Nintendo DS game where the player plays as Rallen, a guy working for a Galactic Force protecting the universe from evil Krawl invasions on other planets. Spectrobes is like Pokémon, except instead of tall grass to find Spectrobes, you have to dig up fossils of Spectrobes with your child Spectrobe by pressing the R button in the field and then awakening them in the lab system in the spaceship (located by going to the teleporter and the right-corner computer). To awaken Spectrobes, you must make noise in the mic within the brackets or beyond the open end of the bracket; at first, people might think you?re an idiot. There are 3 forms of Spectrobes: first is Child, which is the one in the field helping you find minerals, fossils and cubes, but cannot battle; second is Adult, which cannot find minerals but can battle with you; and third is Evolved, which has ultimate fighting skills but still cannot find buried objects. Boxhead 2Play is a game where the player is a box person with a gun walking around killing zombie boxes with guns and other weapons. The player can choose from 10 different weapons, (0-9 keys) and many different upgrades for the weapons. The player gets points by killing zombies and then gets more useful upgrades like cluster explode or wide range. There are also devils, which shoot fireballs at you. It is a good idea to surround a bunch of zombies with barrels and hitting the barrels-but don?t get too close, you?ll get hit by the explosions. One of the best weapons (in my opinion) is the grenade, which I first get a bunch of zombies to follow me and then I fire a few at the middle and there?ll be lots of points. It?s especially good if there is a cluster explode upgrade for the grenade. One tip is to keep using the pistol until there is a good weapon for you to use, since the pistol has unlimited ammo. Mardek is a game where the player plays as Mardek and his friend, Deugan. In the beginning, they are level 50 heroes going to slay the dragon. Zombie horde 3 is a game where the player is a guy lost in a city full of zombies and is trying to get out. There are various places to go to, including garages to take shelter and buy stuff, and buildings to meet people. Further in the game, zombies will get upgraded and the player will need better weapons to defeat them and armor to increase the max. HP. The player will need a rocket launcher to blow the bricks blocking the bridge to escape from the town. Bowmaster Prelude is a game in which the player is a castle and shoots arrows at the enemy's castle and units. The players can customize their own castle's and their opponent's flags with colors and symbols. They can also select the kind of shooting, click and drag, and two others. Click is the easiest; it shoots the arrow wherever the mouse clicks. In this game, the player will need to shoot the enemy's castle and units in assorted landscapes for gold. I went to the Delta Toronto East to play in, got into the gaming room and met 2 other guys, 1 player and one guide for the game, both older than me. The guide taught us how to play Duel of Ages. It is a game which a player has 3-6 characters from 4 different times: Ancient: Myths and fantasy characters from all over the world. Colonial: Older than 1600 but more than A.D. Modern: A bit before WW1 and until 2030. Future: After 2030, aliens and other weird creatures and tech. They do different kinds of adventures with cards at the end of every laberith of different times-- and get whatever it says on the card if you pass, squeak, fail or FOPP (really bad).We aimed for a time of about 2:30-5:30. Me and the other player teamed up with 3 characters each and the guide had 6 characters. I like a certain sport called dodgeball. Well, it's not much of a sport, but it does let you move around the place - not to mention picking up balls! So, yeah, dodgeball is one of the almost sports I'm actually good at. The balls wizz right past me, keeping me on my toes. See, dodgeball is a bit like the matrix, catch and tennis (with the ball-shooting machine) combined; you'll know when you play it except that there's no slow motion. In our school, every class has 1 or 2 teams with names while our teams are called K1 and 2 (no time for names). Either way, we kick our opposing class' butt!
