As this particular method of advertising has proven to be a great way of generating revenue I thought I'd give this new widget from Widget Bucks a try. It takes products from top shopping websites like Amazon, ebay and Walmart and displays the best prices using an animated banner that you can display on your website or blog using their widget code. They even have their own algorithm engine called MerchSense for displaying products that are relevant to your websites content, it even adapts to new content that you write so it's great for blogs. The widget also only displays the highest paying products. They say that publishers that have tested the widget are seeing a $3-6 CPM which compared to Google's Adsense is pretty good! I'm always looking for new ways to promote my blog and drive traffic to it. I recently discovered Blog Rush , which is a widget for blogs that drives targetted traffic to your blog. It uses the RSS Feed from your blog to display links in the widget on other blogs to your posts. Cpanel 11 SMTP E-mail Settings

I've been having problems with my e-mail recently but only on my oldest account for Munky Online. The problem was getting quite serious as some customers were saying that they were not receiving my e-mails. Although initially it seemed to only be a select few, others also starting only receiving the odd one or two and so I raised the issue with my hosting provider. They did all the routine checks and said that all the e-mail sent from the account had left the server and there was nothing stuck in a queue so there was no problem there. Initially I had not thought to check the settings for the account on my mail client as they had been working absolutely fine before and I know I hadn't changed them. All of my addresses are hosted in the same location and so I looked at the settings for the ones that seemed to be working and the settings for the POP and SMTP were in the format mail.domain.co.uk, whereas the problem account was domain.co.uk. I changed the settings to match and voila...

I'm sure that you've at some point come across some annoying bot or individual who thinks that it's a good idea to spam your blog or form with a load of nasty links or blocks of complete gibberish. Sometimes they can be relentless and can really start to get quite annoying and so I searched for a method that once you have obtained their IP address could redirect them to another website altogether. The method is to use the .htaccess file in the root of a website's directory to redirect the offender's IP address to a new location. An .htaccess file is the default directory configuration file used on Apache Servers and can be used to rewrite URLs, to authenticate usernames and passwords or for customised error responses (error 404 pages etc). They can be created quite simply using any editor like notepad and are unusually saved without a filename and the extension of .htaccess. What will I need to do this?
